Ryan Rickelton stars with the bat as South Africa register 107 runs win over Afghanistan
South Africa secured a commanding win over Afghanistan in the Champions Trophy on Friday at National Bank Stadium in Karachi. This win puts them at the top of the points table with two points. Their next challenge will be against Australia at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, February 25.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, will aim for their first points when they face England on Wednesday, 26 February at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Group B’s next match is set for tomorrow, Saturday, February 22, between England and Australia in Lahore.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, with the winners of each semi-final facing each other in the final, which will be held at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on March 9.
Final will move to Dubai if India qualifies for it.
