Islamabad United's captain Shadab Khan used inappropriate language after getting dismissed in yesterday's match against Multan Sultans at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Shadab batted well throughout the match, scored a blistering 44 runs, and was looking to lead his team towards victory. However, he was unhappy with how he got dismissed and lost his cool.

The 24-year-old batted confidently and hit some big shots, but he was eventually dismissed by an unplayable delivery bowled by Ihsanullah, which shattered his stumps.

Islamabad United's skipper was quite angry when he was dismissed and loudly abused, which the stumps mic caught it clearly.

The right-hand batsman posted a story on his Instagram handle and congratulated his team, especially Faheem Ashraf, on leading his side towards victory.

One comment seemed quite funny as Peshawar Zalmi all-rounder Jimmy Neesham stated, "Why'd you shout at Ben Stokes when you get out?"

Islamabad United, after winning the toss, decided to bowl first. Multan Sultans scored 206 runs in the first innings thanks to a brilliant performance by opening batsman Shan Masood who scored 75 runs.

The returning, Tim David, was also in beast mode as he made 27-ball 60 runs, including four boundaries and five massive sixes.

In reply, Islamabad United started badly as they were losing wickets quickly in the beginning.

In came star all-rounder Faheem Ashraf, who started aggressively with the bat and scored blistering match-winning 51 runs from 26 deliveries, including five fours and two massive sixes.
