PSL 9: PCB announces match officials for playoffs and final

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced umpire and match referee appointments for the HBL PSL 9 three playoffs and the final, which will be played from 14-18 March at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The Qualifier on 14 March will see Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi with Roshan Mahanama as the match referee and Aleem Dar and Richard Illingworth as the on-field umpires. Rashid Riaz and Faisal Afridi will be the third and fourth umpires, respectively.

The Eliminator 1 on 15 March between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators will be led by Match Referee Muhammad Javed, with Ahsan Raza and Chris Gaffney as on-field umpires. Asif Yaqoob and Rashid Riaz will be the third and fourth umpires, respectively.

The Eliminator 2 on 16 March will feature the loser of the Qualifier and the winner of the Eliminator 1, with Muhammad Javed as the match referee and Richard Illingworth and Asif Yaqoob as the on-field umpires. Ahsan Raza and Faisal Afridi will be the third and fourth umpires, respectively.

In the final on 18 March, Richard Illingworth and Chris Gaffney will be the on-field umpires, while Roshan Mahanama will lead the playing control team for the final. Ahsan Raza and Asif Yaqoob will be third and fourth umpires, respectively.
