The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has officially opened voting for its first-ever Fans’ Choice Awards, starting with the best batter category.

The nominees for the best batter award are three of the league’s top run-scorers: Babar Azam, who has amassed 3,504 runs, Fakhar Zaman with 2,525 runs, and Mohammad Rizwan with 2,403 runs.

To launch the voting, the PSL shared a livestream on its official YouTube channel, featuring the best shots from the three nominees. Fans can cast their votes by commenting on the livestream for the next 24 hours.

The voting for the remaining five categories—best bowler, best all-rounder, Most Valuable Player (MVP), best individual batting performance, and best individual bowling performance—will also be held on the YouTube channel throughout the week. Winners will be announced on Saturday, January 11, during the PSL 10 Player Draft ceremony.

Additionally, six lucky fans who vote during the week will have the chance to win tickets to the upcoming PSL season through a lucky draw.

This inaugural Fans’ Choice Awards is part of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) efforts to celebrate nine successful years of the PSL while honoring the fans who have been key to its success.

“The HBL PSL’s long and successful journey could not have been possible without the firm support of our loyal fans, who are an integral stakeholder in the success of this league,” said PSL CEO Salman Naseer.

He added, “The Fans’ Choice Awards aim to showcase what makes the HBL PSL truly special—a tribute to the players who inspire and the fans who cheer them on.”
