Quetta Gladiators delivered a stunning performance on Wednesday, setting a new record for the highest team total in Pakistan Super League (PSL) history. In their clash against defending champions Islamabad United at the Pindi Cricket Stadium, the Gladiators posted a mammoth 263/3 in 20 overs during the ongoing PSL 10.

This total broke the previous PSL record of 262/3, set by Multan Sultans against Quetta in the 2023 edition at the same venue. The historic feat was led by explosive batting from Rilee Rossouw and Hassan Nawaz, both of whom smashed centuries — an extremely rare sight in T20 cricket.

Top five highest team totals in PSL history:

  • 263/3 – Quetta Gladiators vs Islamabad United (2025)
  • 262/3 – Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators (2023)
  • 253/8 – Quetta Gladiators vs Multan Sultans (2023)
  • 247/2 – Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi (2021)
  • 245/3 – Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators (2022)

Rossouw hammered 104 off just 46 deliveries, hitting 14 fours and six sixes. Nawaz remained unbeaten on 100 from 45 balls, including four boundaries and nine sixes. Their partnership not only powered Quetta to a record total but also made history — it was the first time in PSL history that two batters from the same team scored centuries in a single innings.

This performance added another feather to Rossouw’s cap, as he became only the second player in PSL history to score centuries for two different teams, joining Sharjeel Khan in this elite club.

With the commanding win and a record to their name, Quetta Gladiators have firmly established themselves as one of the top contenders in PSL 10.
