During her tenure as Deputy Commissioner, she was notably active when PCB Chairman Mohsin Raza Naqvi served as Chief Minister of Punjab
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to appoint former Deputy Commissioner of Lahore, Rafia Haider, as the head of the Women’s Wing.
Sources within the PCB confirm that Rafiah Haider will take over as Director of the Women’s Wing. During her tenure as Deputy Commissioner, she was notably active when PCB Chairman Mohsin Raza Naqvi served as Chief Minister of Punjab.
There was also consideration for ASP Shehrbano Naqvi, who was among the candidates for this position. Shehrbano Naqvi was included in the list of potential candidates for the role.
This decision comes after Tania Malik resigned from her position as head of the PCB Women’s Wing a few days ago, prompting the PCB to initiate the search for her successor.
