Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ramiz Raja, in his tweet, praised skipper Babar Azam for scoring yet another century while renaming power-hitter Khushdil Shah's name to 'Dilkhush.'
The Men in Green claimed a five-wicket win over West Indies in a high-scoring first ODI of the three-match series.
The hosts were tasked to chase 306 after Shai Hope took West Indies to brilliant score courtesy of his 127.
Pakistan captain Babar led the chase and scored his 17th ODI century, while Khushdil provided fireworks at the backend to ensure a win. Imam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Rizwan scored valuable half-centuries.
"A tremendous game. Babar walking to a hundred and showing yet again why he is the best all format batsman in the world and why Khushdil has to be renamed Dilkhush!!" Ramiz tweeted.

Meanwhile, the former captain also thanked the people of Multan for coming out in large numbers in the scorching heat.

It must be noted that the second ODI of the series will be played tomorrow. The series is part of the World Cup Super League, a qualification round for the 2023 World Cup.
