Former cricketer proposed the idea of all teams playing their last group stage match at the same time
Former Pakistan cricketer Rashid Latif has criticised the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) over their scheduling of the last round HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches.
Latif, in a tweet, proposed the idea of all teams playing their last group stage match at the same time, in order to avoid giving advantage to a particular team.

“Last round matches should be played simultaneously on different venues. KK v QG at NSK, LQ v MS at GSL & IU v PZ at Rawalpindi Stadium. Like in cricket & football world cups, for clarity in tournament. Schedule by Nonprofessional @TheRealPCB directors .. live 3 matches,” Latif tweeted.

In the current scenario, Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi have already played all their 10 matches, which gives Quetta the chance to know their qualification scenario before their last game against Karachi Kings.
If Lahore beat Multan, than Quetta will have to beat Karachi by a minimum of 147 runs (batting first) or chase down a target of less than or equal to 100 within three overs (batting second), in which case Peshawar Zalmi will miss out on qualification for semi-final.
Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans have already qualified for the semi-finals while two-time champions Islamabad United have been eliminated from the event — after defeat at the hands of Karachi on Saturday.
