Pakistan’s left-arm pacer Mohammad Amir has shared advice for Mohammad Rizwan, the team’s white-ball captain, after Pakistan’s 13-run loss to Australia in the second T20I of the series. Amir praised Rizwan’s leadership but felt the batter looked uncertain at the crease in the last two matches.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Amir said, “Even though Mohammad Rizwan is so brave and captaining like a warrior, in batting he does seem stuck. He should play freely, he is the captain, he should play with a fresh mind and perform."

Rizwan struggled in the second match, scoring only 16 runs off 26 balls with just one boundary. After the game, Rizwan acknowledged the challenges of batting on the pitch but pointed out that dropped catches were a key reason for the loss. “The pitch wasn’t easy to bat on, so the catches were crucial,” Rizwan said.

Pakistan is now gearing up for the final match of the series, set to take place in Hobart today. With Australia already leading 2-0, Pakistan will aim to avoid a clean sweep and end the series on a positive note.
