Pakistan’s wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan and leg-spinner Usman Qadir have opened up after their side’s below-par performance in the first T20I against Zimbabwe in Harare on Wednesday.

Rizwan and Qadir, who played a key role in Pakistan’s victory with an unbeaten 82-run knock and figures of 3/29 respectively, blamed the conditions for Pakistan’s mediocre show.

“There are very different conditions as compared to South Africa. We are trying to adopt and hopefully will make a good comeback in the next match,” said Qadir after the match.

“You would see a different Pakistan batting in the second T20 mainly because we have now seen the nature of the wicket and know well what is required in these conditions,” said Rizwan.
