Wicketkeeper-batsman struck six fours and four sixes in his unbeaten innings of 69 from 39 balls
An unbeaten 115-run partnership between Rohail Nazir and Hussain Talat led Pakistan Shaheens to a comprehensive seven-wicket win over Canterbury Kings in a T20 match at Bert Sutcliffe Oval in Lincoln on Friday.
In a 12-man side match, Shaheens, chasing 170 to win, lost three wickets for 55 in 8.1 overs before Rohail and Hussain came together and guided the team to their first T20 win of the tour.
Rohail struck six fours and four sixes in his unbeaten innings of 69 from 39 balls.
Left-handed Hussain contributed 53 off 35, hitting seven fours and a six.
Earlier, after being put into bat, Canterbury Kings posted 169 for five.
HJ Chamberlain top-scored with an unbeaten 66 off 46, which included five fours and four sixes. Tyler Lortan contributed a 38-ball 51, hitting six fours and a six.
For the visitors, Haris Rauf took two wickets for 36.
Pakistan Shaheens will take on New Zealand XI in the fourth T20 at the same venue on 3 January 2021.
