The highly anticipated clash between Pakistan and India is right around the corner and the contest will take place at Dubai International Stadium on August 28.

Speaking ahead of the clash between the giants, Indian opening batsman Rohit Sharma claimed that it is going to be a "high-pressure game."

Despite his initial remarks, Sharma further added that he himself and the coach Rahul Dravid has constantly been communicating to the players that it is just another match and should be dealt with as such.

“Everyone watches the game especially India vs Pakistan. Without a doubt, it is a high-pressure game but within the group, we want to create a normal atmosphere and don't want to hype this game within ourselves. For us, it is just a game of cricket. It is important for me and Rahul Bhai to tell the players that it's just another opposition,” he said.

India will step into the contest as the defending champions and Pakistan will need to prove once again that their last victory against India was not just a fluke. Both teams will be missing some key players; India will be without Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Shami whereas Shaheen Shah Afridi won't be a part of Asia Cup 2022 altogether.
