Pakistan’s leg-spinner Shadab Khan and former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed engaged in a light and friendly banter on Twitter while replying to a workout video of the national squad posted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday.
The PCB posted a video, on Twitter, of the Men in Green working hard in the gym before their upcoming home Test series against South Africa with the caption, “Sweating it out in the gym are our boys as they gear up for the PAK v SA Tests.”

The young leg-spinner joked about former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed running two kilometers while tagging batsman Imamul Haq.

“Imam saifi bhai idhr bhe 2 km bhag rahy hain (Imam, Sarfaraz bhai is running 2 km here as well),” Shadab tweeted.

Sarfaraz, replying to the comment, stated that he had to run two km with South Africa’s middle-order batsman Faf Du Plesis. Although, the former captain did not share more details on the matter.
“Oh bhai faf ke sath karna hai mene 2 km(Oh brother, I have to do 2 km with Faf),” Sarfaraz responded.

Shadab is currently out of the squad for the upcoming Test series against South Africa due to injury while Sarfaraz is in the squad and will be trying to make his way into the side.
