Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi is focused on playing in practice matches for the upcoming HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL). 

He recently returned from injury and is currently working hard at the National High-Performance Center to regain his rhythm and form.

 In an interview with Express News, Shaheen stated that he is determined to perform with the same level of dedication and injury as before his comeback.

 He also mentioned that maintaining fitness is not easy for fast bowlers and that he is practicing batting in addition to running and bowling. 

"Maintaining fitness is not easy for fast bowlers. Along with running and bowling, I am practicing batting as well," said Shaheen.

The PSL is set to begin on February 13th, 2023, in Lahore, Karachi, Pindi, and Multan. 

Reminder for all is that the Lahore Qalandars also won the trophy in the seventh season of HBL PSL under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi.
