Azam acknowledged that Afridi is one of the top bowlers in international cricket

Pakistan captain Babar Azam rates left-arm seamer Shaheen Shah Afridi highly, stating that he is the best bowler in the world.
Shaheen Afridi has been recovering from a knee injury and missed the last couple of months of games, including the three-Test series against England and Pakistan's home series against New Zealand.

Azam acknowledged that Afridi is one of the top bowlers in international cricket and is difficult to replace.
“Now everyone knows he’s (Shaheen) the best bowler in Pakistan and in the world,” said Babar.
Shaheen Shah Afridi will return to lead the Lahore Qalandars in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL), while Azam will captain the Peshawar Zalmi.
Reminder for all is that the HBL PSL 8 will take place from February 13 to March 19 in Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
