Opener was dismissed by pacer Shaheen Afridi after scoring 19 runs
Pakistan opener Sharjeel Khan failed to impress during the second intra-squad practice match at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, ahead of Africa tour.
Playing for Team White, against Team Green, Sharjeel scored 19 runs off 14 balls before being dismissed by pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi. His innings included four fours.
Sharjeel opened the innings with Abdullah Shafique, after being set a target of 357 runs in 50 overs by Team Green, and got off the mark with a boundary on the first delivery he faced.
Shaheen Afridi got rid of Sharjeel in his third over, fifth of the match, after the latter was caught by all-rounder Faheem Ashraf.

Sharjeel didn’t feature in the first intra-squad practice match on Monday as he was asked to train separately by the team management.
For Team Green, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan scored 112 runs while opener Fakhar Zaman scored 58 runs. Skipper Babar Azam contributed with 48 runs.
Veteran all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez claimed 2 wickets for 18 runs for Team White.
