Opening batter Sharjeel Khan has opened up about his fitness and has claimed that he wants to make a comeback for Pakistan in white-ball cricket.
Speaking ahead of Kashmir Premier League (KPL) second season, Sharjeel added that he will bring a new edge to the competition with new shots.
"The cricket fans would witness an improved level of my fitness and skills where I have developed two new T20 shots and will unveil them in the Kashmir Premier League," the opener said.
Sharjeel Khan was picked up by Jammu Janbaz as their Icon Player in the KPL 2022 draft.
Sharing his thoughts on playing international cricket for Pakistan once again, Sharjeel said that he is "eagerly waiting" for that day.
"I am eagerly waiting to make a comeback in white-ball formats for Pakistan," added Sharjeel.
