Sri Lanka's batter Harshitha Samarawickrama has continued her remarkable form, reaching a new career-high in the latest ICC Women's T20I Player Rankings.

Samarawickrama played a crucial role in securing Sri Lanka's Women's Asia Cup victory last month and maintained her momentum with an unbeaten 86* in the first match of the Ireland tour in Dublin. Her outstanding performances have propelled her up four spots in the T20I rankings, placing her at a career-best rating and tied for 16th overall.

Sri Lanka's bowlers also saw improvements in the rankings. Udeshika Prabodhani moved up two places to 22nd, while Sugandika Kumari climbed one spot to 26th. Prabodhani's figures of 1/20 against Ireland and Kumari's 1/23 in the same match contributed to their rise.

Meanwhile, the completion of the tri-series between Scotland, Papua New Guinea, and the Netherlands led to changes in the ODI rankings.

Scotland's Saskia Horley, the top run-scorer of the series with 214 runs, jumped 60 places to 47th among ODI batters. Her teammate Darcey Carter moved from outside the top 100 to 63rd, while Papua New Guinea's Tanya Ruma and Pauke Siaka made significant gains, climbing to 53rd and tied for 64th, respectively.

Among the bowlers, Netherlands' Iris Zwilling made a notable leap, rising 13 places to 32nd after taking eight wickets in the tri-series. Scotland's spinner Abtaha Maqsood also saw a significant rise, moving up 24 spots to 62nd following her series-best 10 wickets.
