South Africa veteran heaps praise on the 28-year-old after his impressive performance against Australia
South Africa veteran fast-bowler Dale Steyn has heaped praise on Pakistan pacer Mohammad Abbas and believes he has all the potential to become the number one bowler in the longest format of the game.
Abbas rocked the Australian batting lineup, not once but twice in the match, that too on a track where there was nothing much for the pacers.
Such performance did not go unnoticed as Steyn, who held the number one spot for bowlers in the Test format not that long ago, backed the 28-year-old on his official Twitter account to cement his place as the best bowler in the five-day format.
I see a new number 1 Test bowler coming... Mohammad Abbas

He was not the only cricketer to praise the Sialkot-born pacer, as former Indian middle-order batsman Mohammad Kaif and former England captains Michael Vaughan, Paul Collingowodd also shared their views about the rising star in Test cricket.
Ok! Ok! Ok!

Pakistan have as always unearthed a special fast bowler. Mohammad Abbas looks an unbelievably talented bowler.

Having watched Mahammad Abbas now for over a year ... I have decided he would get me out every time within about 6 balls ... The type of bowler i would poop my pants about ... Thought I would let you all know ... #PAKvAUS
