Persistent rain played spoilsport at Bridgetown on Tuesday, forcing the abandonment of the T20 World Cup Group B encounter between England and Scotland.
With no result possible, both teams were awarded one point each in the standings. This maintains Namibia's position at the top of Group B with two points after their convincing victory against Oman earlier.
The washout leaves both teams frustrated, having missed out on the opportunity to secure a crucial win in the group stage. England and Scotland will now have to focus on their upcoming fixtures, hoping for better weather conditions to get their tournament campaigns rolling.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the super eights, which will feature 12 games, before the top two from each super eight group will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will be played in Barbados on June 29.
