Tamim Iqbal taken to hospital after chest pain during Dhaka Premier League match

Tamim Iqbal, former Bangladesh captain, was rushed to the hospital after experiencing chest pain during a Dhaka Premier League match between Mohammedan Sporting Club and Shinepukur Cricket Club.

The incident happened while Tamim was fielding during the first innings of the match at the BKSP ground in Savar. A helicopter was initially arranged to take him to the hospital, but he could not be flown. Instead, he was taken to Fazilatunnesa Hospital for medical attention, match referee Debabrata Paul confirmed to a sports website.
