The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to rename two enclosures at the National Stadium in honor of former captains Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan.

The Quaid Enclosure will be renamed the Shahid Afridi Enclosure, while the current Majid Khan Enclosure will be named after Younis Khan.

Additionally, the Zaheer Abbas Enclosure will now be called the Nazar Mohammad Enclosure. The two enclosures, each with a capacity of 1,050, were previously named Majid Khan and Zaheer Abbas.

The PCB is also planning adjustments to the Hanif Mohammad and Fazal Mahmood enclosures. Moreover, the newly reconstructed building at the stadium will include two new VIP enclosures to enhance the viewing experience.
