Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim was recently called back to the Pakistan squad after his convincing performance with bat as well as ball in PSL 8.

Earlier, Imad was dropped from the national side due to below-par performance, and Muhammad Nawaz was brought into his place.

Despite this series of events, some controversies were created between the national team's skipper, Babar Azam, and him due to captaincy's tug and war of Karachi King's captaincy.

Meanwhile, certain statements came off from Imad's side, which caught fire and, henceforth, aggravated the strained relations between the players.

However, in the ongoing T20I series against New Zealand, Imad and Babar are rather seen comfortably bonding with each other -both on and off the field.

In a recent video uploaded by the Pakistan Cricket Board, where the team is traveling to Islamabad from Lahore for the next matches - Imad and Babar were spotted sitting next to each other on the plane, alongside bowling coach Umar Gul.

In the second T20 match against New Zealand, when Babar played a blistering inning of 101 runs off 58 balls, Imad lauded his skipper and called him one the best players in the world.

"I have seen many innings, but this was at the top of the line, in my opinion, especially the way he [Babar] carried on after we lost three wickets. The wicket was holding as well. But the way he played was simply brilliant. There's no doubt that he's the best player in the world," Imad said.

It's a good omen that both players are settling down their differences and is sending off a positive message to the world. At the end of the day, it's only and only unity that brings stability to the team and paves the way to success.
