Pakistan captain Babar Azam is one of the best batters in the world right now, and he will be hoping to put on a good show for his team in the upcoming T20 World Cup, which begins on Sunday.

On Saturday, the ICC held a Captains' Day media call in which all 16 captains were available to speak to the media. Knowing it was Babar's birthday, Australia captain Aaron Finch presented him with a cake, and the Pakistan captain celebrated with the other 15 captains.

Babar turned 28 today and reached Melbourne with New Zealand captain Kane Williamson yesterday after the tri-series final in Christchurch.

Pakistan will face arch-rival India in their first match of the tournament on October 23 and will face England, Afghanistan in two warm-ups on October 17, respectively,
