Bowling coach Shaun Tait had a brawl with a local media's sports journalist over Pakistan's bowling performance in the home season
Just another regular moment in Pakistan cricket where a journalist and a member of a Pakistan team exchanged words during a press conference.
At the end of Day four of the ongoing second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand, bowling coach Shaun Tait had a brawl with a local media's sports journalist over Pakistan's bowling performance in the home season.
Tait was asked by the reporters: It’s the opinion of the entire nation of Pakistan, they think Pakistan did not bowl well – I’m talking about the fast bowlers. But I’m asking you, are you satisfied with your performances as Pakistan’s bowling coach?”
Former Australian looked annoyed and replied: You’re not… you’re answering the question before you ask it. You are saying that’s your opinion, so I can’t… You’re saying the performance has been poor. Okay, that’s your opinion; what would you like me to say?”

Tait responded to the journalist’s follow-up with “yes, I am satisfied” before moving on from the topic.
Remember, Tait was named Pakistan’s fast-bowling coach for a period of 12 months in February 2022. Although, Pakistan pacers' performances has been exemplary in white-ball cricket but there have been questions in red-ball, especially on home soil.
