Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf impressed once again with his fielding skills during the third T20I against New Zealand at Eden Park on Friday. Known as one of the best fielders in the Pakistan team, Rauf pulled off an incredible one-handed catch in the first over of New Zealand’s innings.

The moment came when left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi bowled a full delivery that swung late, making it difficult for Finn Allen to control his shot. The batter tried to play with the swing, but the ball flew towards the fine-leg region instead of staying on the ground.

Rauf, stationed at short fine-leg, reacted quickly. He dived to his right and grabbed the ball with one hand, completing a brilliant catch. Allen, surprised by the dismissal, walked back to the pavilion while Rauf celebrated with joy.

The early breakthrough gave Pakistan a good start, while Shaheen Afridi added to his record by taking his 18th first-over wicket in T20Is, strengthening his position as the top bowler in this category.
