Pakistan is set to clash with arch-rival India in the highly anticipated ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 match on Sunday, June 9, in New York. 

While there is a slight chance of light rain or drizzle in the evening, rest assured, it is unlikely to affect the match scheduled to commence at 10:30 a.m. local time (7:30 p.m. PST).

The weather forecast suggests partly sunny skies with a shower or thunderstorm in spots. The conditions will be breezy, with winds from the west at 24 km/h and gusts reaching up to 30 km/h. Precipitation is expected to be minimal, with only 0.5 mm of rain. 

The humidity will be 44%, with 69% cloud cover and a dew point of 12°C. The probability of precipitation is 40%, and visibility is expected to be around 9 km.

In anticipation of the thrilling encounter, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued additional tickets, a testament to the global excitement for major matches, including the Pakistan-India showdown.

After back-to-back wins against Canada and Pakistan, the co-hosts are now in a strong position to qualify for the Super 8 round of the ongoing mega-event tournament. 

The Men in Green will play their next match against arch-rivals India on June 9 at the Nassau County International Stadium in New York.
