Pakistan are currently without their top tier of pacers in the Test series against New Zealand.
Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf are all out of the squad as they are dealing with respective injuries.

Shaheen was already recovering from a knee injury while Naseem and Haris were ruled out after playing the first Test against England.
After the Tests against New Zealand, Pakistan will host three ODIs from January 9 and Haris Rauf will be available for selection. The 29-year-old has recovered from a quad injury.
