In the 13th match of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2024, Pakistan Champions are set to clash with South Africa Champions at the County Ground in Northampton on Tuesday.
The World Championship of Legends, sanctioned by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), commenced on July 4 and will run until July 18. The tournament features former cricket legends from around the world, bringing back nostalgic memories for cricket fans.
Led by Younis Khan, the Pakistan Champions have been in stellar form, winning all four of their matches, including thrilling victories over Australia and India. With eight points, they are the first team to secure a spot in the semi-finals.
The South Africa Champions, captained by Jacques Kallis, have had a challenging run in the tournament, facing defeats against England, Australia, and the West Indies. A loss against Pakistan would officially end their hopes of advancing to the semi-finals. After this match, they are scheduled to face India in what is likely to be their final appearance in this tournament.
