Lahore Qalandars’ pacer, Zaman Khan, has revealed his target for the upcoming ninth edition of Pakistan Super League, starting from February 17.

While talking to a local news channel, fast bowler Zaman Khan revealed, "My target is to lead the team to the final through hard work. We have put in a lot of effort; the combination is good, and we will perform well."

The right-arm pacer highlighted his continuous pursuit of improvement, stating, "I am actively working on refining my slow yorkers and investing extra effort to specialize in death overs."

Despite acknowledging the absence of Rashid Khan, he expressed confidence in the team's young talent and their collective ambition to do well in the tournament.

He acknowledged the shared goal among all participating teams to clinch the PSL title, emphasizing that regardless of the winner, it ultimately signifies a triumph for Pakistan.

The 22-year-old said that the experience of playing in big leagues is valuable, providing an opportunity to learn from major leagues.

Looking ahead, Zaman emphasized the importance of maintaining form and fitness with the T20 World Cup on the horizon.

"The T20 World Cup is also approaching, so the focus is on maintaining form and fitness for that," he concluded.
