Pakistan opener Shan Masood answered some interesting questions about himself and his teammates, while talking on Omer Qadri’s YouTube channel.
Masood revealed that Batman, a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, is his favourite superhero.
“I mean the most ideal one [superpower] would be looking into the future and kind of changing it but I think my favourite superhero has always been Batman. So I want to be a normal guy who does not have any superpower but can still make a difference,” said Masood.
The left-handed opener also spoke about his Pakistan teammates, who were good at sledging and have the ability to get under the skin of the opposition.
“There are quite a lot of funny guys because when you talk about sledging you want to have someone who is funny,” he said. “Sarfaraz [Ahmed] is funny. Imamul Haq is very funny.”
“If you go to fast-bowlers, there is [Mohammad] Amir. He can be intense but he also knows how to crack a joke. He is somebody who will always be on top of the opposition,” he added.

The Multan Sultans’ captain also named fellow opener Imamul Haq as the biggest prankster in the team.
“Imamul Haq is the biggest prankster in the team,” he said. “I think he can come up with a book of pranks.”
The 30-year-old, Masood, has featured in 20 Tests for Pakistan, scoring 1189 runs at an average of 31.3. He has only played five One-day Internationals (ODIs) for the Men in Green and is yet to make his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut.
