Quetta Gladiators overpowered Multan Sultans by six wickets to register their fifth win, during the ongoing Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Pakistan Super League (PSL) in Dubai.
Sultans were dismissed for just 121 in their allotted 20 overs, after Gladiators won the toss and elected to field first.
Johnson Charles top-scored with 46 runs off 36 balls while captain Shoaib Malik scored 21 runs.
For Gladiators, all-rounder Dwayne Bravo and left-arm pacer Sohail Tanvir claimed four and three wickets respectively.
In response, the Sarfaraz Ahmed-led unit chased down the target in 19 overs.
Riley Rossouw scored 35 runs off 33 balls while Shane Watson notched up 33 runs off 25 balls.
Ahmed Shehzad remained unbeaten on 28 runs.
Birthday boy Shahid Afridi claimed two wickets for 18 runs in his four overs.
