Mohammad Amir is set to rejoin the Karachi Kings squad before the crucial game against Quetta Gladiators on Sunday in National Stadium Karachi.
The fast bowler had to leave Dubai for Pakistan due to the passing away of his mother on March 4.
The Kings squad was left without its most potent pace resource ahead of their final league game in the UAE against Multan Sultans.
According to Daily Express, the pacer is expected to join the team on Friday night or Saturday as he flies to Karachi.
The Kings have two league matches left. The first match pits them against the Quetta Gladiators and whereas Peshawar Zalmi are their next test.
To qualify for the playoffs, the Karachi Kings need at least one victory from these two matches.
