Veteran Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez, who led Lahore Qalandars to victory over Quetta Gladiators on Monday with a scintillating 73-run knock off 33 balls, has revealed the conversation he had with West Indies opener Chris Gayler after the match.
According to details, the duo were caught on camera while indulging in an animated conversation.
“Chris Gayle was talking about the willow so I told him I don’t have muscles like you so I need to have a better bat than anyone else," revealed Hafeez.

The right-hander also spoke about the importance of timing the ball, while shedding light on his innings during the match.
“I believe this is something I'm working on in the last one and a half years, where I'm not trying to hit it really hard, just time the ball and get power behind it. So that's really working for me. I need to work really hard to get these things and I'm really happy it's working for me at the moment,” he said.
Lahore are currently top of the HBL PSL 6 table after winning their first two games in the event.
