“Pakistan needs to rest and rotate its fast bowlers. Both Naseem and Shaheen are like gold dust, and you need to be very careful with both of them playing all three formats,” he said.
Naseem Shah and Shaheen Shah Afridi, who are quite dominant with their pace attack, are most likely to rule with their performance as the ICC World Cup 2023 in India.
Naseem Shah, who made his strong debut in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, is quite confident with his bowling and aims to perform his best in the World Cup coming this year.
Afridi has been out with a knee injury, and Naseem played in only some of the recent Test and ODI series against England and New Zealand.
Afridi and Naseem will play in the upcoming PSL as Lahore Qalandars captain, and Naseem for the Quetta Gladiators.
