Karachi Kings' captain, Imad Wasim, expressed his gratitude towards the team's loyal fans for supporting them throughout the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season eight.
Despite playing well, the team faced unfavorable outcomes in their matches, and Imad acknowledged that they didn't make it to the playoffs due to losing some close games.

"You supported us throughout, but unfortunately, results didn't go our way. We played good cricket. Had we won 3-4 close games, we would have been into the playoffs," he said in a video shared by Karachi Kings.
"I know all the fans are sad, but we are too. We will go and plan better to come back strongly next year," Imad added.
Although the fans are disappointed, the 34-year-old has assured them that the team is determined to make a stronger comeback in the next season.
The Kings ended the season with only three wins out of ten matches, but they were able to finish on a positive note with a win against their arch-rivals, Lahore Qalandars, on their home ground.
Imad's personal performance was one of the event's highlights, as he scored 404 runs in ten matches and took nine wickets.
His outstanding all-around performance earned him a spot in the national T20I team for the upcoming series against Afghanistan in March.
