Afghanistan seamer Naveenul Haq, who was picked by Quetta Gladiators, has decided not to take part in HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven due to personal reasons.

The 22-year-old confirmed it on his official Instagram account. He is said to be missing out from the competition but hopes to play in future editions

Naveen was picked by Gladiators in Silver Category during PSL 7 draft on December 12.

After withdrawing himself from PSL, Naveenul Haq has signed a contract with Khulna Tigers for season eight of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), scheduled to start from January 21.

 

 

 

Gladiators will now look to pick Naveen's replacement in the mini draft expected to take place on January 7.

It must be noted that season seven of PSL will start from January 27 in Karachi. National Stadium will host 15 matches while Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium will host 19 matches, including playoffs and final.
