Ali Zafar, who contributed his musical talents to the first three seasons of the HBL PSL, faced a career setback in 2018 when fellow singer Meesha Shafi accused him of harassment. The controversy led to a hiatus in his career, and he was subsequently not chosen to sing the PSL anthem again.
However, this season marks a significant comeback for the artist, as he gears up to reclaim the spotlight with the official anthem for PSL season nine, scheduled to kick off on February 17.
