Amir, Imad reveal their semi-finalists for the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023

Former Pakistan pacer, Mohammad Amir and all-rounder, Imad Wasim, predict their semifinalists for the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023 scheduled in India.

In a recent interview with a local media channel, Amir was asked about the likely semifinalists for the mega-event, and he singled out England, India, Australia and Pakistan.

The left-arm fast bowler, who previously labeled New Zealand as the fourth contender, elaborated on his preference for Pakistan as the team destined for the semi-final stage of the mega-event.

"Earlier I predicted New Zealand but now I will go with Pakistan instead since there is no pressure on them. Whenever people write off Pakistan, they tend to do something different," he said. 

However, Imad Wasim identified Pakistan, India, England, and South Africa as the leading teams expected to make it to the semi-final stage of the 2023 World Cup.

Pakistan is set to commence their World Cup 2023 journey against the Netherlands on Friday in Hyderabad.
