During Wednesday's training session for upcoming Pakistan and New Zealand T20I series, Pakistan cricketer Azam Khan encountered discomfort in his right knee and right calf muscle while batting in the nets. 

Swiftly responding to the situation, he received immediate medical attention and treatment.

Currently, Azam is under the close supervision of the medical team, who are closely monitoring his condition. A decision regarding his participation in the upcoming matches against New Zealand will be made once the results of radiology reports are available.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has assured that further updates on Azam's health will be provided in due course as the situation unfolds.
