The latest T20 Rankings announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday have seen Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan maintaining their positions.

Babar holds third place while Rizwan is fourth, with India's Suryakumar Yadav and England's Phil Salt staying at first and second respectively.

Travis Head from Australia has climbed five spots to secure fifth place, while Nicholas Pooran, who scored a blazing 98 runs against Afghanistan in the T20 World Cup 2024, now ranks 11th.

A notable change occurred in the T20 all-rounder rankings, where Marcus Stoinis of Australia has taken over from Mohammad Nabi as the top-ranked player. Stoinis' standout performances in the ongoing T20 World Cup, including six wickets and a crucial 59-run innings against Scotland, have propelled him to the summit.

Wanindu Hasaranga of Sri Lanka and Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh have also made improvements in their rankings. Hasaranga and Shakib now rank second and third respectively, with Nabi slipping to fourth place.

In bowling, Akeal Hosein of the West Indies has moved up six places to second position, just behind England's Adil Rashid, who maintains his top spot as the number one T20I bowler.
