Karachi Kings' skipper Babar Azam has finally opened up on his side's horrible campaign in season seven of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven.

Kings had a terrible season, losing nine matches out of ten in the league stage. First, Kings created an unwanted record of losing eight matches consecutively, becoming the first team to face this many defeats

After beating Lahore Qalandars, they lost to Quetta Gladiators and became the first side to lose nine in a single edition of HBL PSL.

The 27-year-old, in his tweet, mentioned that Kings need to learn and improve after a disastrous season. He was confident that the 2020 champions will come back stronger in HBL PSL 8.

He also thanked Kings' fans for constant support.

"We did not hold up our end. Lots to reflect, learn and improve from this entire experience of #PSL7. In sha Allah, we will come back stronger. Also, quite grateful to all the fans for their immense support and belief," he tweeted.

It must be noted that it was Babar's first season as captain. He replaced Imad Wasim, who led Kings from 2018 to 2021.
