The left-hander has been excluded from Brisbane Heat's squad due to border restrictions but will rejoin the team in the next game
Pakistan's explosive opening batter Fakhar Zaman is set to miss out on today's action against Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash League (BBL).
The left-hander has been excluded from Brisbane Heat's squad due to border restrictions but will rejoin the team in the next game.
“Pakistan international Fakhar Zaman will miss the match due to State Government travel restrictions as he is not able to travel into Queensland from Melbourne as he has not been in the country for 14 days yet,” Heat said in a statement.
Zaman joined Brisbane Heat in the previous match where the left-hander could only muster three runs after facing eight deliveries against Melbourne Renegades.
In addition to this, Mohammad Hasnain was named in playing XI by Thunder against Renegades today after being left out in the previous game due to border restrictions.
Furthermore, Shadab Khan has also been named in the Sixers' squad who are set to face off against Scorchers tomorrow.
