"Champion teams are not affected by the toss" Rizwan's prediction goes viral

Multan Sultans have been flying high in HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven as they have won three matches out of three.

The team has been led brilliantly by Mohammad Rizwan and players are also responding to what their captain demands.

A pattern was observed where the team batting second are winning all the matches in HBL PSL 7 but the streak was ended by Rizwan's Sultans as they beat Quetta Gladiators by six runs in a nail-bitting thriller yesterday and became the first team in this year's competition to register the win after batting first.

Gladiators captain Sarfaraz Ahmed yesterday had won the toss and predictably opted to bowl first but Rizwan after losing it, made interesting remarks and opined that the results don't matter totally on tosses, terming his side as a 'champion team'

"Teams like to bowl first here, but I think champion teams are not affected by the toss. Playing good cricket is what gets you results," Rizwan told Urooj Mumtaz at the toss.

The clip has gone viral and netizens are praising Rizwan's champion thought.

It must be noted that Sultans have now 10 out of the last 11 games in PSL. They will take on dangerous Islamabad United tonight.
