Cricket fraternity reacts as Pakistan pace duo dominates in ILT20 match

The ILT20 tournament witnessed a dominant performance from the Pakistan pace duo, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Amir, in yesterday's clash against Gulf Titans. 

Playing together for the first time after 1242 days, cricket enthusiasts were thrilled to witness the dynamic duo showcasing their skills for the same team.

After being asked to bat first, Gulf Giants displayed brilliance in setting a challenging target of 160 runs, losing six wickets in the process.

Pakistan's captain, Shaheen Afridi, who played his first ILT20 match displayed a spectacular performance, dismissing three batters in a fiery spell. He concluded his four-over quota with figures of three wickets for 22 runs. 

Mohammad Amir  also showcased his consistency by taking one wicket and conceding 27 runs in his four-over spell.

The Desert Vipers successfully chased down the target in 18.4 overs, losing four wickets, thanks to an outstanding all-round performance by Wanindu Hasarange. His cameo of 42 runs off 19 balls, at a staggering strike-rate of 221.05, included four boundaries and two sixes.

Pakistan's wicket-keeper batter Azam Khan, playing for the Vipers, remained unbeaten with a quickfire 26 runs off 14 deliveries, striking at 185.71. His innings featured three fours and one six.

The cricket fraternity couldn't contain their excitement as they witnessed two of the world's most dangerous left-arm pace bowlers, Afridi and Amir, delivering a masterclass while playing in the same team.
