Domestic cricket coaches are juggling multiple roles, often balancing duties within domestic cricket alongside positions in other organizations like WAPDA, SSGPL, and State Bank..

The PCB recently released a list of coaches for domestic cricket, revealing that several coaches are also affiliated with other institutions.

According to details, specialist coach Adnan Raees (Peshawar), age-group coach Ahmad Saeed (Peshawar), fielding coach Aamir Sajjad (Lahore Whites), fielding coach Atique Rahman (Faisalabad), assistant age-group coach Sajjad Akhtar (Peshawar), fielding coach Sarfaraz Ahmad (Sialkot), and head coach Riffatullah (Quetta) all work for Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA).

Head coach Samiullah Niazi (Rawalpindi), specialist coach Khurram Shehzad (Faisalabad), and age-group coach Hanif Malik (Hyderabad) are associated with Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).

Assistant age-group coach Adnan Rasool (Sialkot) and analyst age-group coach Zahid Yaqoob (Sialkot) work for the State Bank.

Fielding coach Jawad Hamid (Rawalpindi) works for Zarai Taraqiati Bank. Head coach Hussain Khosa (Dera Murad Jamali) and assistant age-group coach Muhammad Rameez (Rawalpindi) work in schools.

Furthermore, analyst Ahsan Ehsaan (Multan) is employed with Khan Research Laboratories (KRL), specialist coach Abdul Rauf Khan (Azad Kashmir) works for Port Qasim Authority, and specialist coach Raheel Majeed (Rawalpindi) is affiliated with Pakistan Air Force (PAF).

It is also suspected that fielding coach Agha Sabir (Karachi Whites), head coach Ghulam Ali (Bahawalpur), and assistant age-group coach Afaq Raheem (Bahawalpur) are involved with different organizations.

It is worth noting that in March, during a press conference in Karachi, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated that PCB employees must work full-time and would not be permitted to engage in dual responsibilities. This revelation regarding the coaching staff appears to run counter to those assertions.
