The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has confirmed that 702 Covid-19 tests were carried out between June 3 and June 23, all returning negative, with several stakeholder groups working at the bio-secure venues of the Ageas Bowl and Emirates Old Trafford.

These groups include players, support staff, match officials, ECB staff, venue staff and hotel staff.

West Indies and Pakistan are scheduled to face England during the next couple of months.

West Indies will play two warm-up matches before the first Test in Southampton from July 8. Manchester will host the last two Tests of the series, which will be played behind closed doors in a bio-secure environment.

Meanwhile, Pakistan will depart for England on June 28 from Lahore to Manchester through a chartered flight.

First Test will be played on August 5 in Manchester. Pakistan will play the remaining two games in Southampton, starting on August 13 and 21 respectively.

Pakistan will also play three Twenty20 internationals in Southampton on August 29, 31 and September 2.
