England announces playing XI for Multan Test

England captain Ben Stokes has announced their playing XI for the Multan Test against Pakistan, starting tomorrow, December 09, 2022.

Injured Liam Livingstone, who recently made his Test debut in the first Test at Rawalpindi, is replaced by fast bowler Mark Wood who is now fit after recovering from his injury.

On the other hand, Pakistan is yet to announce their playing XI, including the replacement of the injured Haris Rauf.

It is to be noted that Haris Rauf injured himself while fielding in the first Test at Rawalpindi.

Pakistan lost the first Test of the three-match series by 74 runs in which Pakistan were bowled out for 268 runs while chasing 343 runs.

The third and final Test will be played in Karachi from December 17 to December 21, 2022.
