Cricketing legend Sunil Gavaskar has shared his predictions for the semi-finalists of the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, which will be co-hosted by the United States and the West Indies.
In a discussion with Star Sports, Gavaskar expressed confidence in India, England, Australia, and the West Indies making it to the semi-finals.
"I believe the top four teams will be India, Australia, England, and the West Indies," Gavaskar stated.
The tournament kicks off on June 1, with the USA, one of the hosts, playing against Canada.
Teams will be divided into four groups, with the top two from each group progressing to the Super Eight stage. The Super Eight will then be divided into two groups, and the leading two teams from each will advance to the semi-finals.
