Peshawar Zalmi pacer Hasan Ali and leg-spinner Yasir Shah have been reprimanded over their bizarre activity on the field during their team’s training session — video of which went viral on social media couple of days back.

Zalmi’s director of cricket and bowling coach Mohammad Akram has now taken action over the duo’s antics and has asked them to refrain from such an activity on the field.

“I called them [Hasan Ali and Yasir Shah] as soon as I saw that video. I reprimanded them over and they both admitted that it was not the right thing to do,” said Akram. “Such behaviour is not acceptable at all in our society, culture or in any other sense.”

“Now we want to concentrate on the game and move on,” he added.
